Lyophilization Machine Description

Drying silo body
The drying silo body is round, the front end is open, the material trolley enters and exits from the fron51 16 # channel steel) and base. The chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The reinforcing rib and base outside the silo are made of carbon steel.
PLC control module
Siemens PLC control module, good man-machine interface, centralized, intuitive and convenient operation. It is equipped with emergency stop switch, general leakage protection switch, overtemperature alarm, and automatic power cut-off and alarm in case of sensor failure.
Roots water ring vacuum unit
Roots water ring vacuum unit is used to overcome the shortcomings of limiting pressure difference when single water ring pump is used and low air extraction rate under a certain pressure, while retaining the advantages of Roots pump that can work quickly and has a large air extraction rate.
